How Many Guests Are Allowed?

We sleep up to 9 guests. We have two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, and a Loft. The Loft has a Queen pull out sleeper sofa and a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed on bottom.


Are You Pet Friendly?

Yes, we allow well behaved dogs with you booking for a $50 pet fee. We provide a dog blanket, doggie bags, dog bowls and treats. The upstair patio deck has a lockable gate to create a safe enclosure for your dogs (or children). 

We do not allow cats or other animals at this time. 

What Is There To Do In Arnold?

There are so many wonderful hidden gems in the Arnold area – from skiing, wine tasting, caverns, lakes, state parks and more. We have a huge blog post guide filled with all our favorite things to, places to eat and local tips. Read it here

Will I Need Snow Chains?

Our cabin is in the snow fall line, but typically snow chains are only required a few times a year to access our cabin. We have a plow contract for our driveway, and our road is plowed by the city. That being said, driving a AWD or 4WD in the winter will provide you with the best access to area sights, such as Bear Valley Resort, but is not required. 

If you are visiting November – April, carry snow chains and check weather before you arrive so see if the county is requiring chains. 

Do You Get Snow?

Yes! We are located in Arnold at 4,000 elevation and we do receive snowfall in the winter, though the amount varies each year. The best months for snow is usually February and March. 

How Often Is Your Hot Tub Cleaned?

Our amazing hot tub maintenance man comes one a week to tend to our cedar hot tub to make sure it’s clean and ready to go for you! 

Do You Have A Smart TV?

Yes! We have a Vizio TV so you can stream from any of the apps you want. We also provide the cabin with a cabin Netflix account, in case you don’t want to login to anything. We also have a VHS player and a collection of vintage movies to watch, just for fun. 

What Is Your Coffee Situation?

We also love coffee and have provided guests with three options for coffee making. We have a professional grade espresso machine for latte lovers, a standard drip coffee pot and also a pour over pot. We provide whole beans and ground beans, too. 

Do You Offer Early Check-In Or Late Check Out?

Possibly – please message Oscar through the Airbnb App or via email if you booked directly to chat more. If we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, he will let you know. This isn’t always possible if we have another guest checking in after you but we’ll try! 

Do You Have A Grill?

We do not have a grill, though grills are available to rent at the Blue Lake Springs HOA facility. 

Are You Kid Friendly?

We provide guests with a Guava Travel Crib, safety gate, children’s books, kids dinnerware (forks, cups, bowls, plates, etc) and have a high chair for us as well. The top deck has a lockable gate to create a safe enclosure for your littles (or dogs!)
